What you are probably here to find out
Most people searching for Gut Save in Canada have already read the ingredient list somewhere. What they still do not know is whether it can actually reach them, whether the formula suits their body, and whether the guarantee is worth anything if they change their mind.
Those are three different questions and only one of them can be answered on a web page. Delivery is settled at the checkout, in about ten seconds, by typing in your address. The other two are worth thinking about properly first.
What is actually in the capsule
Ten ingredients, taken once a day. Five probiotic organisms sit alongside fish collagen peptides, bovine colostrum, organic lion's mane, papaya seed powder and black cumin seed extract.
That is a wider net than most probiotics cast, which is the appeal. Only one probiotic, Bifidobacterium lactis BL-04, is named down to the strain, and that is the one you can actually go and research. The rest are named at species level only.
Because it is a proprietary blend, the amounts stay private. You get the names, not the numbers, and no total live probiotic count. That is the honest weak point of the label and it is worth knowing before you spend anything. Our full ingredient guide goes through all ten one at a time.
The daily routine
One capsule in the morning with a large glass of water. There is nothing to split across meals, nothing to remember at night, and no stimulant in it.
Two practical notes. The water is not filler advice, because dehydration causes a lot of sluggish digestion on its own. And a settling-in week of mild gas or looser stools is common when you start any probiotic. If it stays mild it usually passes. If it does not, stop and speak to a pharmacist.
Who should not order it
If you have a fish allergy, this is not for you. The collagen comes from fish and processing does not change that. If you have a milk allergy, the bovine colostrum rules it out too. Milk allergy and lactose intolerance are different things, and if you are not sure which you have, ask before ordering rather than after.
Vegans and vegetarians need a different product, since both of those ingredients are animal-derived.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, immunocompromised or on regular medication, run it past a professional first. And if you have had ongoing bloating, pain or a change in bowel habits that nobody has looked at, get that checked. A supplement is not the answer to an undiagnosed problem.
What to check on the order page
Read the order summary before you pay, not after. Confirm the bottle count is the package you meant to buy, check that the total includes delivery, and read the return terms while they are in front of you.
Then keep the confirmation email. If you later want to use the 60-day guarantee, that email and the packing slip will save you a lot of time.
