What makes a review actually useful
Four details separate a review worth reading from filler: how long they took it, whether they took it every day, what else changed in their life at the same time, and whether they had any side effects.
That last one about other changes matters more than people realise. Someone who started a supplement the same fortnight they cut out alcohol, started walking and began sleeping properly has no idea which change did what. Neither do you, reading it.
It also helps to know where they bought it, because a third-party bottle and an official one are not guaranteed to be the same product.
Why the extremes dominate
People write reviews when they feel something strongly. Delighted customers write. Angry customers write faster. The large group in the middle who thought it was fine and got on with their day writes nothing at all.
So the picture you see is bent at both ends. Read the three-star reviews if you want the closest thing to an honest average, because those are the ones written by people with nothing to prove.
Separate the product from the service
A slow parcel, a confusing checkout or a support email that took nine days are all real complaints. They tell you about the seller and the shipping, not about the capsule.
Tolerance, ease of the routine and any change in how you feel are the product. Keep the two piles apart when you read, or you will end up rejecting a formula because someone's delivery was late.
Why nobody else’s result predicts yours
Gut bacteria differ wildly between people. So do diets, stress levels, sleep, medication and whatever else is going on underneath. Two people can take the same capsule for the same eight weeks and honestly report opposite experiences.
That is not a criticism of the product. It is how supplements work, and it is why the only review that will ever matter to you is the one you could write yourself after taking it consistently for a couple of months.
About our 4.5 rating
Our score is an editorial judgment, not an average of customer ratings, and we would rather be plain about that than let it look like a customer average.
It reflects a broad ingredient list, an easy daily routine, sensible package options and a real 60-day guarantee. The half point comes off for the proprietary blend, because the individual amounts and the total live probiotic count are not published. That is the whole calculation.
