Know when your 60 days actually start
Sixty days sounds generous until you find out the clock started on the order date rather than the day the parcel landed. On a cross-border delivery that difference can quietly eat a fortnight.
Check the seller's written terms for which date they count from, and put a reminder in your phone for a week before the deadline. Most missed refunds are not refused, they are simply left too late.
Keep everything, including the empties
This is the single most common way people lose a refund. Guarantees on supplements usually require the bottles back, full, half-used or completely empty, and an empty bottle in the recycling cannot be un-thrown-away.
Keep the bottles, the packing slip, the original box where practical and the confirmation email. Put them somewhere together, in one bag, until you have decided. It feels excessive right up until the moment it saves you $294.
Contact support before you post anything
Do not send the parcel to the address printed on the bottle. That is often a manufacturing or fulfilment site, not the returns department, and packages sent there can disappear into a warehouse without ever being logged against your order.
Email support first, ask for the correct return address and ask whether they need a return authorisation number on the outside of the box. Get the answer in writing and keep it.
Return postage and proof
Ask who pays for return shipping before you commit, and whether any duty or brokerage applies on the way back. Sending a parcel back across the border is not free and it is better to know the number in advance.
Use a trackable service. It costs slightly more and it is the only thing that proves the seller received your bottles if the refund goes quiet. Keep the tracking number and the proof of delivery until the money is back in your account.
A realistic view of the guarantee
A 60-day guarantee is a reasonable safety net and it is one of the better features of this offer. It is not a no-questions-asked promise, and the conditions are real conditions.
Read them once, on the order page, while you are already there. Two minutes then is worth more than an argument later.
